Melbourne's North West secures 89 percent auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The North West region of Melbourne had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 74 auctions known to CoreLogic in the North West 89.2 percent were sold successfully.
This is followed by the North East with 83.9 percent and the Inner South with 76.6 percent.
The South East region of Melbourne had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 73.6 percent of its auctions sold successfully.
A two bedroom unit at 2/10 Military Road, Avondale Heights (above) was sold for $440,000.
Similarly a three bedroom house at 10A Mansfield Avenue, Sunshine North (below) was sold for $440,000.
