Melbourne's Inner South region scores highest auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Inner South region of Melbourne had the highest auction clearance rate over the weekend, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 14 auctions known in the Inner South 92.9% were cleared.

This is followed by the Inner East with 92.5% and the Mornington Peninsula with 89.5%.

The Inner region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 73.1% of auctions cleared.

A two bedroom apartment at 14/120 Princes Street, Port Melbourne (above) was recently sold.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 1/19 Percy Street, Newport (below) was sold for $1.05 million.
