Parramatta's long-awaited vertical village
Celebrity Chef Neil Perry has opened his Burger Project restaurant in Parramatta's mixed-use development V by Crown Group.
Meanwhile more than 220 new residents have moved in to the $300-million development since the first of its two towers opened last month.
The development will also feature Parramatta’s first five-star hotel Skye Hotel Suites with 72 luxury suites scheduled to open in mid-2017.
Julian Sedgwick, Crown Group global head of sales and marketing said he was thrilled to see V by Crown Group come to life.

First homebuyer Alex Topic is relocating from Newtown to Parramatta after buying an apartment in V by Crown Group.
He said he was originally looking at older properties in the CBD, but found more value in a high-quality apartment in Parramatta.
“I’d be looking at paying the same price for an old apartment, half the size,” he said.
“I hadn’t considered Western Sydney, but when I looked the development was very conveniently located and a lot higher quality,” he said.
V by Crown Group was awarded the Five Star Award for Residential High Rise Architecture Australia at the 2016 – 2017 Asia Pacific Property Awards last year.
The development’s second tower is scheduled for completion in May.
A selected number of apartments are available for sale ranging from one-bedroom apartments for $642,000 to three-bedroom penthouses for $2,545,000.
