Following the sold out of its first apartment project at Bowden, Hindmarsh Development has launched a second project within the emerging city-fringe precinct.

Apartments in The Artisan have been released in the new $23 million development.

The seven-storey project will comprise 50 apartments, including one, two and three- bedroom options, with prices starting from the low $300,000s.

The Artisan will become Hindmarsh Development’s second apartment project in Renewal SA’s Bowden development which continues to transform the old Clipsal industrial site near the Adelaide CBD.

The company’s first apartment project, The Bowery, has just been finished and is currently welcoming its first residents, with all 54 apartments in the seven-storey development selling well in advance of the project’s completion.

Hindmarsh Development Manager Morry Canala says The Artisan has been designed by architecture firm Tectvs

“From a design point of view, The Artisan will be a stylish new apartment building, but will also reflect the values of Bowden’s industrial past which we think is really important.”

The Artisan will be located on Fifth Street near The Bowery and opposite Kevin Taylor Park within Bowden.

The $1 billion Bowden development will ultimately comprise more than 2,400 homes as well as cafes, restaurants, offices, open spaces, parks and gardens as part of a vibrant, walkable community for approximately 3,500 new residents.
