Properties in Darwin takes the most time to sell: CoreLogic

Darwin takes the longest time to sell a property, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that the average time it takes to sell a house in Darwin is 107 days.
This is in contrast with Sydney which takes only 29 days to sell a house.
Similarly units in Darwin takes 111 days to sell compared to 26 days for Sydney units.
