Melbourne's Outer East takes top spot with highest cleared auction rate: CoreLogic

The Outer East region of Melbourne has the highest number of weekend auctions success, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 77 auctions known to CoreLogic in the region 87% were cleared.

This is followed by the West region with 86.2% and the North East with 84.6%.

A three bedroom house at 14 Ashwood Drive, Ashwood (above) was sold for $1,305,000.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 17 Horner Close, Knoxfield (below) was sold for $795,000.
