A residential development site in Melbourne's Glen iris is on the market with existing permit for 25 apartments with underground parking.
Price expectations are around $6.5 million.
The 1785 square metre site, 233 Burke Road, has over 25 metres frontage to Burke Road and rear lane access.
Julian Heatherich from Savills said the current permit allows for a luxurious residential development comprising 25 large apartments with the majority featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The property will be sold by expressions of interest closing Thursday, March 2 at 12 noon.
