It was sold for $620,000, down on it's earlier $799,000 asking price when offered in 2017.
It was sold by Philip Davies at Century 21.
It was built in 2004 and last sold at $122,500 in 2003.
It had been a $650 a week rental offering in 2017.
The 51 Miltona Drive, Secret Harbour approximately 2117 sqm block house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study & rumpus rooms, resort style pool, huge garden area, double garage/shopper entry, and a large powered workshop/shed.
The suburb's median house price sits on $430,000 according to CoreLogic.
