Perth second slowest behind Darwin in time to sell a property: CoreLogic

Perth is the location with the second longest time required to sell a property, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the average time for a house to sell at Perth is 90 days while a unit can take up to 99 days to sell.
