Perth home values down 3% over past year: CoreLogic

Perth’s home value has declined by 3% in 12 months, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property investment firm says that although the monthly change to the median home value increased by 0.9%, the year to date figure has declined by 5.2%.

This is compared with Sydney which has an increase of 14.4% in the year to date change for home value.

Melbourne and Adelaide has no change at all week-by-week category.
