Hobart the cheapest capital to purchase a home or unit: CoreLogic

Hobart is the cheapest capital city to purchase either a home or apartment, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.
The property data firm says that the median price of a house in Hobart is $360,000 while the median price for an apartment is $250,000.
This is compared to Sydney which has a median price of $950,000 for homes and a price of $728,000 for units.
