Despite 7% increase Queenstown, Tasmania still the cheapest: Investar
Queenstown is the cheapest locality in Tasmania to purchase a house, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that despite an increase of 7% the median price at Queenstown is $74,500.
This is followed by Zeehan with $78,500 and Rosebery with $93,000.
