Peterborough the cheapest place in SA to buy a home: Investar

Peterborough is the cheapest locality in South Australia for homes, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says house prices had increased by 1% the median price is $110,000.
Coober Pedy a $112,000 was the next cheapest in SA.
