Collinsville is the cheapest locality in Queensland to purchase a house, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that in the past year the median house price at Collinsville has fallen by 46% to $85,000.
This is followed by Dysart with $100,000 and Mount Morgan with $135,000.
