Coonamble houses priced at $90,000: Investar
Coonamble is the cheapest locality in New South Wales to purchase a house, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that Coonamble’s median price has fallen by 18 percent from $110,000 to $90,000 over the past year.
This is followed by Broken Hill with $99,000 and Wellington with $140,000.

A two bedroom home at Coonamble can be purchased for the median price of $90,000 such as the one at 38 Edward St (above) that is for sale for $99,000.
Similarly a two bedroom home at 37 Dubbo Street (below) was sold for $83,000.
