Robina's Botanique posts $20 million stage one settlement

Residents are moving into the Gold Coast’s Botanique terrace homes at Robina following the settlement of 44 stage one homes.

The $130 million project consisting of 230 three-bedroom terrace homes sold out in less than 12 months.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said the first stage of settlements at Botanique had gone smoothly.

"The first stage of homes sold out in record time, with every home sold before the community was even launched due to the pent-up demand from those who missed out on our popular CityVillage project, also in Robina," she said.

"Settling all the homes in stage one is a major milestone and residents are keen to start enjoying their new lifestyle at Botanique."

Retirees Ivan and Shirley Eastley, whose home is in a future stage that is due for completion early next year, say that they had lived in various locations across the Gold Coast but wanted to move to the geographic heart of the city.

"My wife convinced me to look at the Botanique display and within two hours we had signed up to buy a terrace home," he said.

"We have lived all over the Gold Coast and just love how all of the facilities and services we could need are right on our doorstep."

"We are retired, so we want a design that is low maintenance with enough room for when the grandchildren come and stay," he said.

"The ability to lock and leave whenever we want to go on holidays and the close proximity to shops and cafes was also appealing."

Robina Group's next community, Vue Terrace Homes, to fill the high demand for homes in the heart of Gold Coast City.
