Sydney's total listings decline by 12 percent from 12 months ago: CoreLogic

The number of total listings in Sydney has declined compared with this time last year, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property data firm says that the number of total listings in Sydney has declined by 10 percent to 21,470.

This is despite the number of new listings increasing by 5 percent over the past 12 months.

Brisbane has the highest increase of total listings having an increase of 14 percent compared to Hobart decline of 31 percent.

Canberra’s number of new listings over the past 12 months has increased by 19 percent, the highest out of all the capital cities.
