88onregent Redfern development set to revitalise area

Thirdi Group engaged SJB for designs after it secured the site in 2015 for $20.75 million.

The project has seen a collaboration between head designer of Coco republic interior design Diana Ribevski, and Adam Haddow of SJB Architects.

The designers, Coco Republic are set to do the interior design "bringing luxury to Redfern."

The marketing of the project notes the Commonwealth Bank headquarters will be moving to Redfern, continuing the gentrification story.

It is proposed the project will have an on-site childcare facility.
