Gold Coast lowest regional region with only 54% of auctions sold: CoreLogic

Geelong once again takes top spot as the regional region with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.
The property advisory firm says that out of the 34 auctions known in Geelong 85 percent were sold.
This is followed by Wollongong with 71 percent and the Hunter region with 67%.
The lowest region was the Gold Coast where only 54 percent were sold under the hammer.
