90 percent of weekend auctions in four Sydney regions sold under the hammer: CoreLogic

The city, Inner South, North Sydney and Hornsby all had high auction clearance rates in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that all of these regions had an auction clearance rate of 90 percent plus.

This is followed by both the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West with 89% and Northern Beaches with 88%.

The region with the lowest clearance rate was the South West where only 54 percent of the 44 auctions known to CoreLogic were sold.
