After launching in late 2015 and selling out within the first few hours, the developer then launched its second stage earlier this year again with strong demand.

Blending classic heritage architecture with urban design, the 260 Victoria Avenue neighbourhood will have its own set of amenities, shops, dining precinct and community facilities such as childcare services  just a short distance from the heart of Chatswood CBD.

They were offered through CBRE managing director David Milton.

The initial launch at Chatswood Place, a $300 million new boutique mixed use development, saw 106 out of 111 apartments sold for a total of $160 million.

Located at 260 Victoria Avenue, the development comprises 223 apartments over five buildings.

Construction was expected to begin in February 2016 with completion proposed by late 2018.

Platino Properties has been designing and developing residential apartments on Sydney’s North Shore for over 35 years.
