Sales continue at Epping's Poly Horizon

Poly Australia's launch of Building C of Epping’s landmark development, Poly Horizon has almost sold out with only one apartment remaining in building C.

The developer made a total of 30 sales on the day.

Epping has been identified by the NSW government as one of Sydney's Urban Activation Precincts and as such is currently undergoing a significant transformation. 

Poly Horizon's Building C, consists of 30 apartments comprising of executive suites and 1 bed + study apartments.

Buyers represented a mix of first-home buyers and investors. 

Over 3,000 enquiries and registrations of interest for Poly Horizon have been made since it launched earlier this year.

Poly Australia's Associate Director of Projects, Steve Wang said that Poly Horizon had been a huge success.

Poly Horizon will be the largest development in Epping, located on the corner of Oxford and Cambridge Streets in Epping, three minutes’ walk from the Epping Train Station.

Poly Horizon is designed by PTW, consisting of 501 apartments across three towers with prices starting from $437,000 for an executive apartment.       

Epping is one of Sydney’s most school-oriented suburbs with seven schools and education facilities including Epping Boys High, James Ruse High, Cheltenham Girls, Epping North Public School, Karonga School and Eastwood Heights Public School.

Macquarie University and the University of Technology Sydney Ku-ring-gai as well as CBD located Universities are all easily accessed by train.
