86 percent of outer eastern Melbourne's auctions sold: CoreLogic

The Outer East of Melbourne takes the top spot for the highest Melbourne auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that 86 percent of its known 59 auctions were sold under the hammer.

This is followed by the West with 82 percent and North East with 80 percent.

The lowest region was the South East where only 67 percent of its known 117 auctions were sold.
