Sutherland auction surge with 95 percent weekend sales success: CoreLogic

The Sutherland region of Sydney ranked the top weekend auction spot with the highest clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that out of the 46 auctions known to CoreLogic 95 percent were sold under the hammer.

This was followed by the City and Inner South with 90 percent and North Sydney and Hornsby with 88 percent.

The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the Outer South West where only 64 percent of the known 17 auctions were sold.
