Greaton set to launch second stage in Oxford Central

Stage two of Greaton's $260 million Oxford Central project in Sydney's north west suburb of Epping is set to be released on 26 November.

Tower one, named Centrale, features 127 apartments has over 80 percent of apartments already sold.

Tower two, called Vista, has 36 one bed, 74 two bed and 13 three bedroom apartments with prices starting at $585,000 for one bedroom with an average internal size of 50 - 53 sqm. Two beds start at $850,000 featuring an internal average size of 70 to 84 sq m.

Three beds are priced from $1.3 million with an internal space averaging between 99 to 120 sq m. Construction is expected to start early 2017.  

Greaton managing director Nicho Teng said Marchese Partners  created beautiful residences on the inside as well as a stunning façade to ensure this project becomes a talking point.
