The Inlet penthouse sold for $4,475,000 at Main Beach

The Inlet penthouse has been sold for $4,475,000 by the former professional motorcycle rider Craig Trinder and artist wife Helena Horsley.

The couple have lived in Main Beach's tallest highrise since 2004 upgrading four times to the penthouse in 2009 when they paid $3.5 million.

Occupying levels 33 and 34, the contemporary Breaker Street penthouse has three bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's 10 balconies including an entertainers' sky lounge with refurbished pool terrace with fireplace and spa.

Built by the Japanese developer, Daiwa in the early 1990s, it sold through McGrath Surfers Paradise agent James Ledgerwood.

Its gimmicky prior marketing saw it offered with a 2004 Ferrari Spider and a 2016 Aprilia motorbike, but not this time.
