REIV expects 1210 auctions this weekend

The REIV is expecting about 1,210 auctions across 338 Melbourne suburbs this weekend.

The top auction locations are set to Reservoir (23 auctions), followed by Glen Iris and Bentleigh East with 17 auctions in each.

Last weekend: 831 auctions (exc. 22 postponed and 18 withdrawn)

Kings Park in Melbourne’s west has the best auction growth in Melbourne this year.

The suburb has tripled its auction levels in 2016, in comparison to 2015, and has the highest clearance rate in the City of Brimbank with 92 percent.
