Melbourne's West dominates auction clearance rate strength: CoreLogic

The West and Inner South region of Melbourne was among the regions with the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The data firm says that both regions had an auction clearance rate of 81%.

This is followed by the North West with 80% and the North East with 76%.

The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the Inner region where out of the 157 auctions known to CoreLogic only 67% were sold.
