North Sydney and Hornsby ranks as Sydney's best auction hotspot: CoreLogic

North Sydney and Hornsby takes the top spot among Sydney’s region with the highest weekend clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The data firm says that of the 156 auctions known to CoreLogic 89% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by the Northern Beaches with 88% and the City and Inner South with 87%.
The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the South West where only 47% of the 48 auctions known to CoreLogic were sold.
