Beecroft, Kariong among NSW's quickest localities to sell: Investar
Beecroft and Kariong hold the top spot in NSW where a house will take the fastest to sell, according to Investar’s latest market report.
The property investment firm states that the average time that a house will be on the market in Beecroft and Kariong will be 41 days.
This is followed by Narellan and Frenchs Forest with 43 days and Allambie Heights with 44 days.

For the median price of $1,200,000 purchasers can expect to buy a house such as the five bedroom home at 127 Murray Farm (above) that is for sale for between $1,250,000 - $1,350,000.
Similarly for the median price of $530,000 purchasers can expect to buy a house such as the three bedroom home at 3 Whitehead Close (below) sold for $540,000.
