The properties will be sold via auction through McGrath Estate Agents on 30 November.

The new listings follow the sale of 3 and 9 High Street, which sold late last week for $3.28 million and $3.44 million respectively.

105 Millers Point properties have sold so far, delivering circa $287 million for reinvestment in social housing across NSW.

Proceeds from the Millers Point sales program will fund 1,500 new social housing dwellings across the State, with more than 600 new fit-for-purpose social housing dwellings funded to date.

All purchasers of properties in the Millers Point sales program are required to adhere to NSW Heritage Council-endorsed Conservation Management Plans (CMPs), which set out in extensive detail the purchasers’ heritage maintenance obligations and the types of works that are permitted on the properties.
