Geelong's top spot as regional region with best clearance rate: CoreLogic

Geelong takes the weekend's top spot as the regional region with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

Out of the 32 reported auctions to CoreLogic about 87% resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by Wollongong with 69% and the Hunter with 68%.

The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the Sunshine Coast with only 39% of its 23 auctions known to CoreLogic resulted in a successful outcome.
