North West region's top spot as Melbourne region with best clearance rate: CoreLogic

The North West region takes the weekend's top spot as the Melbourne region with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

Out of the 60 reported auctions to CoreLogic about 91% resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by the Outer East region with 87% and both the North East and South East taking equal third place with 82%.

The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was both the Inner region and the Inner East region with both regions having an auction clearance rate of 70%.
