Northern Beaches's top spot as Sydney region with best clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Northern Beaches takes the weekend's top spot as the Sydney region with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.
Out of the 83 reported auctions to CoreLogic about 94% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by Sutherland with 93% and Blacktown with a clearance rate of 92%.
The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was Parramatta where only 67% of the 61 auctions known to CoreLogic resulted in a successful outcome.
