Victoria's Mornington Peninsula clearance rate at 89.7 percent: CoreLogic

The preliminary clearance rate for Melbourne for the week ending 25 September is 79.1 percent according to CoreLogic.
The strongest clearance rate was 89.7 per cent recorded across the Mornington Peninsula region, with the Inner South region next at 83.5 percent.
