Kanwal, NSW Central Coast, has weekend's cheapest house price

The most affordable Sydney property reported sold at the weekend was at Kanwal, near Wyong.
It was a two-bedroom home at 29 Rolfe Avenue, Kanwal, which sold for $360,000 by Sorensen Real Estate.
There had been a $340,000 price guidance on the house which was snapped up the day prior to auction.
Its suggested rental range was $300 to $350 a week.
