Melbourne has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 78.7 percent for the week ending 11 September, the second highest this year so far, according to CoreLogic.
Melbourne's inner sub-region has a preliminary clearance rate of 76.0 percent with the strongest clearance rate recorded across the Mornington Peninsula region, where each of the 28 reported auctions were sold.
