Sydney's Central Coast at 58.3 percent clearance rate: CoreLogic

Sydney has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 80.0 percent across 604 reported results for the week ending September 11, according to CoreLogic.
Across the Eastern region the preliminary clearance rate is 91.6 per cent, and the Central Coast sub-region at 58.3 percent.
