The five fastest selling suburbs in NSW

North Gosford units have been pinpointed as the fastest selling market in NSW.

Recent examples of sales include a two bedroom security apartment, 31/212-220 Gertrude Street North Gosford (above) which sold for $400,000 and a two bedroom , 19/8 Range Road North Gosford, which sold for $365,000.

At Engadine recent unit sales at around the median included an open plan two bedroom apartment, 30/39-41 Railway Parade Engadine which sold for $557,500 and two bedroom unit at 8/7-9 Railway Parade Engadine which sold for $533,000.
