Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula leads weekend clearance rates: CoreLogic

Melbourne has a preliminary clearance of 79.3 percent for the week ending 4 September according to CoreLogic - the highest preliminary rate Melbourne has recorded this year. 

The Mornington Peninsula sub-region was the strongest with a preliminary clearance rate of 93.3 percent.
