AVID Property Group sold out of Victorian land

AVID Property Group’s Bloomdale project in Victoria's Diggers Rest has sold 15 lots and sold out in other developments across the state.

AVID’s portfolio in Victoria includes two residential communities Bloomdale in Diggers Rest and Savana in Wyndham Vale, one mixed-use development Evans Park in Cranbourne West featuring its innovative Duo product designed as a live-work home, and one industrial project Link360 Industrial Park in Truganina.

New land releases are planned for Bloomdale and Savana in Wyndham Vale with its Duo display homes built by Zuccala Homes in October.

The next release in Bloomdale will be nine Town Home house and land packages through display village builders at the end of September. It will eventually house over 3,800 residents on 1,400 lots.
