Western Sydney development to launch mid September

A masterplanned house and land estate titled Grove Place in the western Sydney suburb of Werrington is soon to be launched by developer Poly Australia.
The project, bordered by Victoria, Cottage and William Streets, will feature 67 lots sized from 300sqm to 699sqm with prices starting at around $695,000. Rawson Homes is the preferred builder.
Sales begin Saturday 17 September 2016.
