Embassy Tower secures 140 plus weekend sales

Loftex launched Wayne Gardner with success at the weekend at St Leonards. 

Some 142 plus apartments were sold within the first few hours - out of the 205 released. 

CBRE said the primary buyer today were owner occupiers. Embassy Tower is due for completion in 2019.

"Most of the buyers today were owner occupiers who are coming from the North Shore line around areas such as Lindfield, wanting to be in close proximity to the city," said agent Ben Stewart. 

Its two bedders were most popular apartments with prices up to $2 million. There was a three bedroom apartment sold for $4.5 million.

Embassy Tower, the $280 million mixed-use development set, is the tallest tower designed by architects Nettletontribe.
