Developer AVJennings has completed construction on the first stage of its new Creekwood Central precinct in Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

The development features 31 double story architecturally designed townhouse with a choice of five contemporary two and three bedroom floorplans, with prices starting from just $345,000.

Creekwood Central has five home designs - the Clovelly, Fraser, Iluka, Esperance and Hamilton which range up to 178 sqm and a five to six star energy rating.

All townhomes feature open plan living and dining areas, with a generous kitchen complete with European stainless steel appliances, stone benchtops and ample storage. The townhomes have been designed to be light and breezy, with large windows for cross-ventilation and supported by air-conditioning in the main living areas and master bedroom.

Rod Chadwick, AVJennings Queensland state general manager said Creekwood Central has been created in response to increasing demand from buyers for homes that offer convenience and connectivity.

"These townhomes are turn-key, so home buyers can see the quality of their new home first hand and make the move as soon as they are ready," he said.

"We also believe variety and individuality are important, so we have included a range of floorplans and a choice of two colour schemes called Sandstone and Pumice in Creekwood Central to appeal to different markets.

"I anticipate first time buyers, investors and downsizers will snap up the two bedroom, two bathroom, single garage Hamilton and Fraser townhomes, with a choice of a 'loft' design with a balcony or a traditional terrace style home with front and rear courtyards.

"Those looking for a larger abode will find the Clovelly, Iluka and Esperance designs meet their needs, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room and a single or double garage. These designs all include outdoor entertainment areas and a dedicated study space for students or professionals needing a home office.

"These townhomes have been designed not only to suit residents but also the Creekwood lifestyle, so home buyers can take advantage of the community's proximity to the lake and beach."
