AVJennings completes townhomes in new Creekwood Central precinct

Developer AVJennings has completed construction on the first stage of its new Creekwood Central precinct in Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

The development features 31 double story architecturally designed townhouse with a choice of five contemporary two and three bedroom floorplans, with prices starting from just $345,000.

Creekwood Central has five home designs - the Clovelly, Fraser, Iluka, Esperance and Hamilton which range up to 178 sqm and a five to six star energy rating.
