Melbourne's Outer East sub-region leads weekend clearance rates: CoreLogic

Melbourne has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 76.1 percent for the week ending 21 August according to CoreLogic.

Melbourne’s strongest performing sub-region this week was the Outer East with a clearance rate of 83.7 percent. The Inner South has a preliminary clearance rate of 80.2 percent.
