Chiwayland launches second stage of boutique Marine’s Hill project in Epping

Developer Chiwayland has launched the second stage of its $78.9 million ‘Marine’s Hill’ project in Sydney's north western suburb of Epping.

This release features 40 apartments across two low-rise buildings with one-bedroom apartments starting from $625,000, two-bedroom apartments starting from $920,000, and three-bedroom apartments from $1,280,000, including parking.

Marine Hill is designed by architects Robertson + Marks and is due for completion late 2017.

Brian Chen, director Chiwayland Australia said the launch of Marine’s Hill second stage comes soon after the successful sell-out of stage one.

Display suite is open from Wednesday to Sunday 1pm to 4pm at 17-25 Epping Road, Epping (Cnr Smith Street).
