The most affordable Sydney property reported sold was a one-bedroom unit at 5/6 Warialda Street, Kogarah.

It fetched $400,000 through McGrath Brighton-Le-Sands. The price guidance was $380,000 to $400,000 for the 46 sqm unit.

It last sold at $250,000 in May 2012, reflecting 11 percent annual price growth over the past four years.

The median unit price in Kogarah, according to CoreLogic is around $620,000.
