Outer east Melbourne tops state clearance rates: CoreLogic

Melbourne's preliminary clearance rate for the week ending August 12 came in at 79.9 percent according to CoreLogic.
The Inner sub-region has a clearance rate of 75.5 percent and the Outer East had the strongest clearance rate at 90.9 per cent across 33 auction results.
