Chiwayland launches second stage of Marine’s Hill project in Sydney's Epping

Developer Chiwayland has launched the second stage of its $78.9 million ‘Marine’s Hill’ residential project in Epping. 

The second stage of Marine’s Hill features 40 contemporary apartments across two low-rise buildings and releases one-bedroom apartments starting from $625,000, two-bedroom apartments starting from $920,000, and three-bedroom apartments from $1,280,000, all with parking.

The development is designed by architects Robertson + Marks.

Chiwayland Australia, Director, Brian Chen said, says the launch of Marine’s Hill second stage comes soon after the successful sell-out of stage one.
