The capital city median time on market for a house in Sydney is 34 days, Melbourne 33 and Canberra 38, according to CoreLogic's latest Property Market Indicator Summary.

Units in Sydney are taking 34 days to sell, Melbourne 36 days and Brisbane 83 days.
